For most Family Games fans, the CD makes a lot of sense.

1. No more downloading: With the Family Games CD, you don't have to go on-line to get our software. You'll have the latest versions - all of them - now. If you don't feel comfortable about downloading from the Internet, if your connection is sometimes unreliable, or if on-line connect charges are a concern, owning the CD will make things easier and save you time.

2. CD-based installation option: It seems that as software gets bigger and bigger we're always running out of hard disk space. If that happens to you, you'll appreciate the CD-based installation option available for all the games on the Family Games CD. When you use this option, only a few small files are actually installed onto your hard disk. With bigger games like All Aboard For Santa and Uncle Julius and the Anywhere Machine, this feature can save you a lot of space!

3. Update your old Family Games software: If you have older versions of Santa's Secret Valley, Uncle Julius and the Anywhere Machine, or any of our other games, now you can update them quickly and easily. Just uninstall the old version, re-install from the Family Games CD, and - for our shareware games - enter your existing registration code when you first run the game. Bang, you're updated!

4. Move games easily to another computer: If you own the Family Games CD, you have a portable Family Games software library that you can install on any computer you own. (Remember, though, that your shareware registration codes license you to run only one registered version of any game at a time.)

5. Re-installation insurance: If your hard disk needs to be replaced, or you purchase a new computer, chances are you're going to have to download each of your shareware applications all over again - if you can remember where you got them from in the first place. If you own the Family Games CD, you'll have our games, at least, right on the shelf where you can reach them - and re-installing will be a snap!
